Focus on emotions.
Here's a rough list of the blocks that can keep a customer on your landing page:
A list of problems in which they recognize themselves (ideal for 2nd - 3rd blocks).
Description of a product or service (facts, photos and pictures and videos on landing pages are welcome).
Technical specifications or training program (blocks are large, so use the "expand" buttons so as not to overload the landing page).
Benefits of using goods or services (list).
Description of the expert or company (from the third or the first person).
Customer reviews and results before and after.

The first studies of this phenomenon focused on the service sector. The researchers assumed that the more you work with clients, the more effort is spent on containing emotions. However, psychologists have recently turned their attention to other professions. It was found that taming your emotions while interacting with people at work accelerates burnout. You may have had to pretend you were interested in a colleague's story this morning. Or you were holding yourself tight so as not to criticize someone. While in fact, by biting your lip in order not to express true feelings, you have deprived yourself of a significant share of your inner resource.
