Registration of a company and features of registration in Poland

Anyone can open a company in Poland, even remotely. The Polish company will allow it to enter the European market, organize a holding company to receive dividends, and make money on the growing market of Poland itself. Also, with its help, you can eventually get a residence permit.

The most commonly used form of enterprise is LLC or Sp. z o.o. The authorized capital ranges from PLN 5,000 or about EUR 1,200. The capital is fully paid, but the amount can be deposited into a bank account within 1 year. The company can be owned by one person, natural or legal. If you choose an individual, then we recommend making two founders - less costs for maintaining the company. The owners are allowed to take the director's position. The meeting of directors is held once a year. There is no need to hire local workers. An LLC in Poland is obliged to submit audited accounts annually. The name of the company will be in Polish and indicating the form: Sp. z o.o. If foreigners own more than 50% of the company or more than 50% of foreigners on the board of directors, then such a company must obtain additional permits in order to engage in the following types of business: management of seaports and airports; activities related to real estate; military industry; legal services and wholesale of consumer goods produced abroad (with some concessions).
