Organizational diagnostics of the enterprise

The tasks of implementation and development of process management for many companies today are more important than ever. Often, specialists do not take into account the nature and causes of organizational problems that have led to the current state of affairs at the enterprise. In this regard, questions arise, why projects that seem successful at first glance cannot be completed even after several attempts? How do you diagnose problems and determine which traps you will have to face in a particular company?

In our opinion, organizational diagnostics of an enterprise is an effective way to improve the efficiency of change management from the perspective of a process approach. The starting point should be to determine the stage of the life cycle of the company, its success in managing business processes and their maturity. An increase in interest in the problems of the life cycle of companies is associated with increased competition, as well as with the need to understand the reasons for the survival or decline of modern organizations, to understand the engines of organizational development. The life cycle of a company is a logical sequence of stages of its development, which, under certain conditions, are repeatedly repeated throughout the entire functioning of the organization. Life cycle stage - a combination of features inherent in a company at a given time, changing with the transition to another stage under the influence of various kinds of variables. Despite the fact that a fairly large number of life cycle models have been developed, there is still no consensus among various researchers regarding the number of stages and approaches to their determination.
