Monitoring the implementation of tasks: we provide development in a large company

Business is a constant stream of tasks, the speed of the company's development depends on the implementation. If one of them is not met, the overall goals of the company are not achieved. That is why it is important for a business owner who is interested in fulfilling plans to set up a task control function. Nevertheless, the owner of the company should be in charge of control (his function is to generate ideas and think about strategy). Implementation must be entrusted to other people.

Let's find out who they are.

In large companies.

In large companies, the owner of the business is above all, and the second after him is the executive director, who is also the CEO. The CEO is the first global control point for the implementation of tasks. He is located within the operational processes of the company, controls the implementation of tasks by all departments and is responsible for the result to the owner. CEO is the highest management position. The chief assistant to the CEO is the chief operating officer (COO). The COO is responsible for day-to-day operations, day-to-day activities and is accountable to the CEO. This combination of specialists allows you to correctly build the control processes and the implementation of tasks. If each of them is in its place, then the results are excellent.
