Let's make a reservation right away that we do not have universal answers to all questions. Each business is unique, and not all companies can apply these recommendations. Moreover, some activities are simply physically impossible to translate into another format. And for their owners, the question of closing or selling a business may become quite obvious. For private entrepreneurs and small businesses that do not have a financial "cushion", the suspension of activities is virtually tantamount to bankruptcy. When the work was carried out, as they say, "from the wheels", then even a week's downtime leads to big trouble. And in the case of quarantine, when we are already talking about almost 1.5 months of inactivity, the scale of the problems becomes simply catastrophic. Business and people simply do not have the money to survive this time and stop work for a long time. In fact, April 24 may not be the final date for the quarantine. If you look at the dynamics of the development of the situation in other countries, then Ukraine has not yet even come close to the peak of the spread of the COVID-2019 virus. The optimistic statements of officials that the quarantine may be terminated earlier than the announced terms look "fantastic" to put it mildly.
